Do I need a license for an ebike? 
According to federal laws, a bicycle with an electric motor capable of generating up to 750 watts of power and able to propel a rider to a speed of up to 20 mph, equipped with fully functioning pedals, is considered to be a bicycle or a consumer good rather than a motor vehicle. Therefore, it is NOT under the jurisdiction of the DOT. Although electric bicycles law in different states may vary a bit, you can generally operate electric bikes without a license, and in most cases ride them anywhere regular bicycles are allowed. Do I need any protection?
Always ride a helmet and appropriate bike protection as well check tires and breaks before riding. Be safe and follow local laws for speed limits.

Do I need a special outlet to recharge my ebike?
No. Regular outlets work just fine.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please see "warranty" tab on product pages for specific warranty info related to the ebike you would like to purchase.

Does my ebike need servicing? 
Servicing an ebike is very basic and can be done at any bicycle store or at home. Tighten screws and all removable parts once a month as motor vibrations can sometimes loosen them. We recommend checking screws and bolts every 250 miles/402km. 

How can I maximize my battery life?
In order to extend your battery life, we recommend charging the battery every 2-3 months when not actively using it. Finally, while lithium batteries do not need to be charged immediately after a every ride, we recommend charging it when indicator shows less than 3 bars. If leaving in storage for over 2 months you are running the risk of battery going into sleep mode, it is not always the case but we cannot guarantee the functionality of a battery that was left uncharged.

Do you ship worldwide? 
No, we currently only ship to the contiguous United States by default. If you would like to have an item shipped outside of the US, please contact us to see if it is feasible and for a shipping quote.

How long will my order take to deliver?
Delivery times vary from item to item and are listed under the details for each listing.

What are my payment options?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Payments, Amazon Payments, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and money orders. We also offer fast and easy financing options through Klarna, starting with 6 months, interest-free. Visit our financing page for more information. 

How do I pay with a money order?
To pay with a money order, simply place your order and select "money order" as the payment option. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation page displaying payment instructions. Mail your money order for the total amount due to the address provided. Once we receive your payment, we will process your order and ship your ebike.

What are my delivery options? 
We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free. If you need an expedited order, please contact us directly to see how we can help you. Additional charges will apply for expedited deliveries.

Can I transport my bike on an airplane?
Please note you cannot travel on the airplane with lithium batteries hence if you decide to travel with your bike, you will need to mail the battery separately. 


How secure is your site? 
We process payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

Can I edit my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my package? 
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with all the tracking info including the tracking number and latest status. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our site in the footer where you can check the status anytime with your tracking code.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 2-week refund time from the date you receive your parcel unless otherwise specified. Read our Returns Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.

What if I received a faulty item?
If your ebike arrives damage or with some sort of malfunction, please contact us immediately so we can get it taken care of and get you out and enjoying your new ebike.
