e-Mazing Innovations b.o.b. Folding Electric Bicycle

Looking for a super-light folding ebike? The b.o.b. (Battery Operated Bicycle) by e-Mazing Innovations could be your new best friend. Weighing in at only 35 lbs, it's one of the lightest and smallest ebikes on the market.

Along with its compact size and light weight, the bob packs a decent punch with a 36V battery and a 250-watt motor. This is a Class 2 ebike with both pedal assist and a twist throttle that has a max speed of 20mph.

Get where you need to be fast, fresh, and easy. The b.o.b. folds up easily with a carrying handle and stows away in tight spaces. Perfect for cities and in dorm rooms or small apartments, and easily transported on mass transit.

When the battery is off, it can still be pedaled like a regular bicycle without interference from the front-hub motor.

Get your b.o.b. and get going!

    Based on 1 review
Terrible customer experience with manufacturer (CycleForceG)

This bike run well for a year and after that we did not need it so it has spent some time in a storage and battery died. This year I decided to start using a bike but I could not find the battery online and at Sears I was suggested to contact the manufacturer (CycleForce Group) directly. It took me 3 or 4 days to reach the only person in a company who sells batteries (there is no online purchase option available) via phone and the cost of a battery was 450$+tax and shipping. They do not recycle batteries, so you will have to deal with old battery yourself and there is no alternative (cheaper battery) available on the market so you will end up spending half of the price of a bike to keep it running if someone steal the battery or if it just stops working after some time.

The sales manager was really rude and made me feel bad just because I said that the battery expensive and even called me rude when I said that I will mention the "battery issue" in my review.

Overall the bike is nice for commuting around the campus, and it is easy to store as it does not take too much space. But if you are not ready to spend another 450$+shipping and tax for the new "unique" battery that is not available online and spend a lot of time just to order it then it is not a good option for you.

Btw, there are already a dozen of cheaper bikes with more universal batteries that can be found online.
